From Palm Trees to Snow

  This is my new view. It's not exactly palm trees and flip flops but it is breath taking all the same. In the sun the snow glistens as if it holds millions of tiny diamonds, blinding any who dare look directly at it. And the sound of it crunching under foot brings about an easy smile. It is new, it is cold, but it is exciting!
  I have many praises on my lips today having arrived safely in Denver last night after my Monday flight was canceled, due to icy weather conditions. I didn't get stuck in any airports, I didn't miss any of my flights, and none of my luggage was lost!
  I will have more pictures just as soon as I am finished exploring this wintery new world.

I may even run into him.
