Holiday Housing Disaster
In an effort to post more this year than my measly 11 posts of 2010 here is my second post of the day! It is the sorrowful tale of a man and his wife and the phrase Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).
While the house this couple purchased may not have been the prettiest of houses and had been marketed as a fixer upper I am quite sure what they found was not what they had had in mind. So much for impulse buying and cutting costs to save a little in the end.
While under construction everything seemed to being going smoothly.
Somewhere along the way disaster began to strike.
The poor couple didn't suspect a thing.

All I can say is insurance rates are sure to go up after this.
