A Wonderful Breakfast

Yesterday morning the ladies of Ellerslie were treated to a beautiful breakfast prepared by the men of Ellerslie. The Everett Center (where we eat our meals and get Internet) was transformed into a quiet cafe reminiscent of those found in quaint towns of the countryside. 

The tables were covered in the finest of black linen, classical music swirled through the air and  the menu was a beautiful presentation of all that could be sampled. French Toast with sweet maple syrup and powdered sugar, High Country Omelet, Eggs, and Crepes with a variety of  fresh fruit fillings! 

Everything was delectable. The men so attentively took care of the ladies. It was by far the best breakfast I have had at Ellerslie! We are blessed with the godly men that are here. 

They are being fashioned into men of honor for the glory of Jesus! Yesterday mornings breakfast was yet another evidence of it.
